So I've had a good few hours on this game now and heres a few thoughs on it!

The single player is certainly far less imersive than COD4, the characters and story is ........a little rushed? Online however it redemes itself. there is split screen co-op and 4 player online which is a fantastic addition and something that makes up for single players lack luster. On the standard multiplayer it's a case of giving it time. We've all had a year to memorise every nook, crany and blasted brick on COD4 ...

Weeeel first of the christmas releases......I wasn't sure about this but I've read some good reviews so took the plunge, It's a cross between Test drive unlimited and burnout paradise, strictly an arcade street racer but with better physics than the previously mentioned games. Open city stuff, spot a racer flash him and the race egins, lots of races and it's all tied together by a need for speed style storyline. Rockstar have done a really nice job with this in making the cars feel real(ish) ...

LittleBigPlanet Review

Media Molecule delivers an instant classic.

by Chris Roper

US, October 13, 2008 - It's been a good while since we saw the first GDC demo of LittleBigPlanet, and pretty much everyone in attendance was blown away by what we witnessed. The promise of an original platformer that would allow us to create our own levels, practically on the fly, was immense, and the game quickly became one of the PlayStation 3's marquee titles and a good reason to pick up a system. ...

We'll start off with the basics. The PlayTV box contains the main receiver unit - a pleasantly small black PS-branded box - a USB cable and the Blu-Ray disc containing the software to get it all going.

You plug the receiver into your PS3 via USB, and into your roof aerial via the standard RF lead you'd use with your telly. The receiver ...
